1. Return Window

Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns or refunds are offered if:

• The plant arrives damaged, dead, or unhealthy.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• The plant is significantly different from what was described.

3. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

• Slight variations in plant size, shape, or color (natural variations).
• Customer mishandling after delivery (e.g., lack of care or repotting stress).
• “Change of mind” returns (optional, can be allowed with restocking fee).

4. Proof Required

Photos of the plant and packaging must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to support any claim.
