LATIN NAME: CORDYLINE ‘MARIA’
The Basics
Maria’s new foliage emerges a deep burgundy and morphs to bright pink as it grows. Once mature, Maria reaches 5 feet tall (3 feet wide). Its intensely bright foliage makes it great for use as an accent and in mass planting.
The Needs
Amount of Sunlight: Full Sun / Sun to Partial Shade
Amount of Water: Water regularly
Soil Conditions: Well drained soil
Cold Hardiness Zone: 9-12
The Care
More intense colors are produced in full sun, however this cultivar should not be in intense hot sunlight during the middle of the day. Maria performs best with regular watering.
